Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how Heicore OS users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Heicore OS is an AI-powered shop and accounting assistant available through the Heicore OS mobile application, web application, and related services.
Delete Your Account Inside the App
Heicore OS users can request account deletion inside the app:
1. Open Heicore OS.
2. Open the account or profile menu.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.
Request Deletion by Email
Users who cannot access the app may request account and data deletion by emailing:

- Your shop or business name, if available
- Confirmation that you want your Heicore OS account and associated data deleted
Data That May Be Deleted
Deleted data may include:
- Account information
- Shop or workspace data
- Products

- Debts
- Payments
- Reports
- Stock records
- Subscription usage records
- AI usage records
- Voice Assistant usage records
- Live Assistant usage records
- App settings and related account data
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required for:
- Legal obligations
- Tax obligations
- Accounting obligations
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Billing records
- Compliance requirements
- Enforcement of agreements
Subscriptions Before Deletion
Deleting your Heicore OS account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed by third-party payment providers such as Google Play or PayPal.
Before deleting your account, please cancel any active subscription through the relevant payment provider or contact Heicore support for help.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deletion processing time may vary depending on the account, subscription, billing records, legal requirements, and technical systems involved.
