Welcome to Heicore.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of heicore.space, Heicore OS, the Heicore OS mobile application, the Heicore OS web application, and related services.
By accessing or using Heicore OS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Heicore OS.
1. About Heicore OS
Heicore OS is an AI-powered shop and accounting assistant designed to help businesses manage products, customers, sales, debts, payments, reports, subscriptions, and AI assistant features.
Heicore OS may be available through:
- The Heicore OS web application
- The Heicore OS Android application
- Related Heicore services
2. Accounts and Workspaces
To use Heicore OS, you may need to register an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Managing users, roles, and access inside your shop or workspace
- Ensuring that business and accounting information entered into Heicore OS is accurate
You must not share your account with unauthorized users or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Business and Accounting Data
Users may enter and manage business data, including products, customers, sales, debts, payments, stock records, and reports.
You retain responsibility for the data you enter into Heicore OS.
Heicore OS is a business management and accounting-assistance tool. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing reports and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
4. Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing
Heicore OS may offer free and paid plans.
Paid plans may include limits or allowances for:
- Customers
- Products
- Reports
- AI text usage
- Voice Assistant minutes
- Live Assistant minutes
- Other premium features
Heicore may offer subscription plans, one-time boost packs, or manually approved billing options.
Available plans, prices, limits, and features may change over time. Any changes will be displayed in the app, website, store listing, or billing page where applicable.
5. Android Purchases and Google Play Billing
Purchases made through the Heicore OS Android app may be processed through Google Play Billing.
Google Play purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be subject to Google Play’s own terms, policies, and refund rules.
Users are responsible for managing Google Play subscriptions through their Google Play account where applicable.
6. Web Purchases, PayPal, and Manual Billing
Purchases made through the Heicore OS web application may be processed through PayPal or manual billing approval flows.
Web subscriptions and manual billing requests may require payment confirmation, admin approval, or verification before access is activated.
7. Boost Packs
Heicore OS may offer boost packs for additional AI usage, Voice Assistant minutes, Live Assistant minutes, or other usage-based features.
Boost packs may be consumed when the related feature is used.
Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Heicore, used or partially consumed boost packs are non-refundable.
8. AI Assistant, Voice Assistant, and Live Assistant
Heicore OS includes AI-powered features that may process text, voice, and business-context information.
AI features are designed to assist users, but they may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every business decision.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses, business actions, reports, and accounting records before relying on them.
Heicore may apply usage limits, subscription limits, safety controls, and abuse-prevention measures to AI features.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Heicore OS to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Abuse, overload, or misuse AI, voice, billing, or API systems
- Enter false, unlawful, harmful, or misleading data
- Use the service for fraud, spam, or illegal business activities
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit Heicore OS without permission
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Heicore OS will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting issues, third-party provider outages, payment provider issues, AI provider issues, or events outside our control.
11. Beta and Early Access
Some features may be offered as beta, early access, experimental, or preview features.
These features may change, stop working, have limits, or be removed at any time.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
Heicore may suspend or terminate access if we believe that:
- You violated these Terms
- Your account is involved in abuse, fraud, or security risk
- Required payments are not completed
- Your use may harm Heicore, users, systems, or third parties
- We are required to do so by law or payment provider policy
Users may request account deletion according to our Account and Data Deletion page.
13. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request account and data deletion inside the app or by contacting:
Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed by third-party payment providers such as Google Play or PayPal. You may need to cancel subscriptions through the relevant payment provider.
14. Intellectual Property
Heicore OS, heicore.space, software, design, branding, logos, text, UI, features, and related materials are owned by Heicore or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or exploit Heicore materials without written permission.
15. User Content and License
You retain ownership of the business data and content you enter into Heicore OS.
By using Heicore OS, you grant Heicore the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, backup, and use your data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
16. Third-Party Services
Heicore OS may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers, analytics, diagnostics, and security tools.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Heicore is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
17. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Google Play purchases may also be subject to Google Play refund rules.
PayPal or web purchases may be reviewed by Heicore according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
18. Disclaimer
Heicore OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heicore does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business, accounting, tax, or legal purpose.
Heicore OS is an assistance tool and does not replace professional accounting, legal, financial, or tax advice.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heicore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Heicore’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the relevant billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Heicore OS after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where Heicore operates, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
