Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and boost pack purchases are handled for Heicore OS.
Heicore OS is an AI-powered shop and accounting assistant available through the web application, Android application, and related services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Heicore OS subscriptions
- Web purchases
- PayPal purchases
- Manual billing approvals
- Google Play Billing purchases
- AI, Voice Assistant, or Live Assistant boost packs
- Other paid Heicore OS digital services
2. Android Purchases Through Google Play
Purchases made through the Heicore OS Android app may be processed by Google Play Billing.
Refunds for Google Play purchases may be handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law.
Users may request a refund through Google Play or contact Heicore support for help.

Heicore may be able to assist with purchase issues, but Google Play purchases may also be subject to Google’s own refund, cancellation, and subscription rules.
3. Web Purchases, PayPal, and Manual Billing
For purchases made through the Heicore OS web application, PayPal, or manual billing, users may request a refund by contacting:

- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Purchase date
- Plan or boost pack purchased
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment if one of the following applies:
- Duplicate payment
- Accidental duplicate subscription
- Incorrect charge
- Technical issue that prevents access to the paid service
- Payment was completed but the subscription or boost pack was not activated
- Other case approved by Heicore or required by law
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Unless required by law or approved by Heicore, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after access has been granted
- Used or partially used subscription periods
- Used or partially consumed boost packs
- AI usage, Voice Assistant usage, or Live Assistant usage already consumed
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Misunderstanding of features that were clearly described
- Loss caused by incorrect business or accounting data entered by the user
- Accounts suspended for violation of the Terms and Conditions
6. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, you should manage or cancel it through your Google Play account.

7. Boost Packs
Boost packs are digital usage-based purchases.
Boost packs may include additional AI usage, Voice Assistant minutes, Live Assistant minutes, or other usage-based allowances.
Used or partially consumed boost packs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Heicore.
8. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
Deleting your Heicore OS account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by third-party payment providers such as Google Play or PayPal.
Before deleting your account, please cancel any active subscription through the payment provider or contact Heicore support for help.
9. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, reimbursement will normally be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, PayPal, Google Play, or other payment service.
10. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact support before requesting a refund.
We may try to resolve the issue, restore access, activate the correct plan, provide replacement access, or approve a refund depending on the case.
