Digital Products

HeiCore provides digital applications, templates, and UI assets delivered electronically after purchase. Because these products are intangible and instantly accessible, our refund policy follows the standards for digital goods.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase only if:

  • The digital product has not been downloaded, installed, or accessed.

  • There was a duplicate payment, accidental purchase, or a technical issue preventing you from receiving the product.

Once the download or activation link has been accessed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Approved Refunds

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been downloaded, installed, or accessed.

  • Purchases made in error or due to a change of mind.

  • Misunderstanding of product features that are clearly described.

Digital files cannot be “returned,” so please review product details carefully before purchase.
