E. Microphone and Audio Data
Heicore OS requests microphone access only when users choose to use voice-related features, including Voice Assistant and Live Assistant.
When you activate these features, your voice or audio may be transmitted to Heicore systems and/or trusted AI or speech processing providers to process voice commands, generate responses, and provide assistant functionality.
Heicore OS does not use microphone access for advertising. Heicore OS does not listen in the background for advertising purposes. Microphone access is used only when you activate voice-related features.
F. AI Processing Data
Heicore OS includes AI assistant features that may process text, voice, and business-context prompts to help users manage shop operations.
AI features may help users:
- Add or search products
- Review customers
- Review sales, debts, and payments
- Prepare reports
- Understand business summaries
- Use text, voice, or live assistant features
To provide these features, user prompts, assistant responses, and relevant business context may be processed by Heicore systems and/or trusted AI service providers.
